On January 1, 1997, a new company was formed to remediate bio-hazardous sites. This new company was organized as Bio-Clean Services. Then, in the Spring of 1998, a new division was formed to develop natural alternatives to harsh chemicals used in waste water treatment, resulting in some of the most effective products ever offered in the Marketplace. This new Division was called Bio-Chem Resources. We have had extraordinary succcess in Municipal and Industrial applications.
