Guaranteed Grease Elimination!

 E-Z has been dubbed "The Grease Killer" by our customers.  That comes from E-Z's ability to completely eliminate grease. 

When E-Z is applied, it begins immediately working noticeably to break the grease down.  E-Z breaks the molecular structure of the grease so that it is completely broken down and so that it can't reformulate, regardless of temperature or other external factors.  Simply, grease cannot re-coagulate after being affected by E-Z because its structure has been broken.

Within 30 minutes, it reaches its fruition and neutralizes, creating no pH spikes, no corrosion, and no environmental concerns.

Influent Wet Well near Atlanta Georgia This is a picture of an influent wet well at a waste water plant outside Atlanta, Georgia.  Grease and trash normally collected here, requiring the Operators to physically remove the grease and trash to keep it from washing into the primary clarifier.
Immediate Action Approximately 1/2 gallon of E-Z was applied over the accumulation.  This picture shows the immediate reaction.  The visual effect can include foaming, steaming or rapid liquifying.  Some heat is generated, but not enough to melt the grease.  The molecular structure of the grease is broken, assuring you that the grease cannot recoagulate - regardless of temperature or other external factors.
Neutralized at 30 minutes This picture was taken within 30 minutes of application.  E-Z reacts for approximately a half hour, followed by neutralization, which means that the pH is near or at neutral.  This assures you that there will be no corrosive effects associated with the application.  It should also be noted that there is no residual effect.  In other words, the product cannot be reactivated by introducing water at a later time.
Complete elimination of grease and trash This picture was taken early the next morning as the sun was just beginning to hit the wet well, approximately 16 hours following application.  Overnight, the influent flow carried everything into the primary clarifier.  There was no increased turbidity or negative effect on the biological population of the Plant.  There was a fraction of a percent increase of D.O. in the Clarifier which may, or may not have been associated with the application of the E-Z product.
