Bio-Clean is a complex blend of naturally-occurring elements. The elements include Alkaline Earth Elements, Alkali Metals, Transition Metals, and Non-Metal Elements, including Magnesium, Calcium, Carbon, Sodium, Potassium, Iron and Oxygen. It also includes Chloride, Sulfite and Fluoride in trace amounts.
The Bio-Clean system has been proven over a period of ten years with effective and efficient results for various wastewater challenges, throughout the Southeast United States. Utilizing proven and accepted scientific principle, Bio-Clean All-Natural Flocculent was developed from virgin materials, mined within the Continental United States, properly ground and combined to achieve superior performance in waste water applications.
Bio-Clean can be introduced at almost any point in the wastewater operation with exceptional results. Because the crystal in Bio-Clean contains a charge on each point, the solids in waste water are naturally drawn around it, forming a floc that is so tough that it can be broken during sludge-return without limiting its ability to re-floc repeatedly. Solubles are drawn out of solubility and locked in the Bio-Clean floc where they can be held indefinitely. The cost for treatment additions is reduced and efficiency is improved in the Operation. Additionally, our customers normally experience significant savings using the Bio-Clean system.
When Bio-Clean is introduced, it begins to flocculate, and continues active until it is finally wasted out of the Plant. This is because of Bio-Clean’s inherent “physical” qualities and not because of any biological traits. Because Bio-Clean doesn’t dissolve, and doesn’t ‘load-up,’ it has the ability to work as long as it is in the Plant. The Laws of Physics assure us of continuous and effective results. Because of this, we can expect our results in the Waste Water Plant to duplicate the results we experience in a jar test.
